ERP Solution Manager – Migration Strategist

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an ERP Solution Manager to lead migration strategies for its S/4HANA implementation across global manufacturing sites. Based in Toulouse, you will act as a transversal leader, aligning strategic IT roadmaps with operational realities on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute tailored ERP migration approaches (Big Bang, phased, program‑specific).
• Break down complex operational challenges into actionable epics and remove technical roadblocks.
• Influence global ERP roadmap governance through priority management.
• Ensure smooth handover to manufacturing sites and deliver measurable value.
• Collaborate with digital teams to align emerging technologies with plant constraints.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in highly regulated industries such as aerospace, automotive or defense.
• 10+ years of ERP deployment experience, specifically with SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven success using SAFe/Agile frameworks and large‑scale change management.
• Advanced English; French or German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20 % of the time.
