ERP Solution Manager – Business Lead for S/4HANA Template Definition

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an ERP Solution Manager to lead the definition of S/4HANA templates within its Digital for Operations department in Toulouse. You will translate strategic ERP roadmaps into operational solutions that support supply‑chain optimisation and the ramp‑up of aircraft production.

Key responsibilities

• Convert shop‑floor operational needs into end‑to‑end supply‑chain and demand processes.
• Ensure SAP architecture compliance using a “Fit‑to‑Standard” approach within multi‑functional teams.
• Present complex SAP logic in clear, business‑driven visual formats for executive stakeholders.
• Redesign operational flows to meet aircraft production ramp‑up targets.
• Collaborate with industrial manufacturing and site operations to bridge gaps between system standards and business value.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 15 years experience in highly regulated industries such as aerospace, automotive or defence.
• At least 10 years of ERP deployment experience, including 5 years on SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven experience with SAFe/Agile methodologies and change‑management initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in English and French; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 20 % of the time.
