ERP Solution Manager – A220 Pylon Integration

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an experienced ERP Solution Manager to lead the A220 Pylon integration initiative at St Eloi. The role is part of the Digital for Operation department in Toulouse and focuses on deploying SAP S/4HANA and the supporting industrial ecosystem for the first pylon assembly scheduled for 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Translate shop‑floor operational needs into end‑to‑end supply‑chain and demand processes through workshops.
• Ensure SAP developments follow a “Fit‑to‑Standard” approach as the content authority within multi‑functional teams.
• Convert complex SAP logic into executive‑level visualisations to secure strategic alignment.
• Redesign operational flows to match system capacity with aircraft production ramp‑up targets.
• Collaborate with Information Management and site operations to balance system standards with business value.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in highly regulated industries such as aerospace, automotive or defence.
• Minimum 10 years of ERP deployment experience, preferably with SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven expertise in SAFe/Agile methodologies and structured change‑management initiatives.
• Professional fluency in English.
