EOS PMO Director – Global Business Transformation

About the role

The EOS PMO Director leads the enterprise‑wide EOS transformation, acting as the central control tower for integrated planning, governance, and execution across ERP, CRM, and End‑to‑End Planning pillars. This senior role ensures alignment, transparency, and disciplined delivery for a global portfolio of 1,000+ team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the integrated program plan across all transformation towers, aligning milestones with strategic objectives and value delivery.
• Orchestrate interdependencies among Digital Core (ERP, SAP S/4HANA), Digital Growth (Salesforce, eCommerce), and End‑to‑End Planning (OMP) programs.
• Design and operate a best‑in‑class governance model for fast, high‑quality decision‑making at executive and program levels.
• Own program‑wide planning, tracking, risk, issue, and change management, providing clear reporting to senior leadership.
• Define and deploy standard methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid) and tools across the program.
• Build and lead a high‑performing global PMO organization, including capability development and resource planning.
• Partner with senior business, technology leaders, and strategic vendors to ensure alignment and accountability.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a global PMO or large‑scale transformation program.
• Strong governance and decision‑making expertise in complex, multi‑year initiatives.
• Ability to manage cross‑functional teams and drive execution consistency across a large organization.
