Entry-level Sales Associate

About the role

Medpace is looking for an entry-level Sales Associate to join its Business Development team in Europe. The role supports the team in communicating the scientific and operational benefits of Medpace services to prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support prospecting and lead generation to grow sales funnels and meet monthly metrics.
• Communicate Medpace’s service benefits and generate new business opportunities using tools such as Zymewire, Citeline Data, and Salesforce.
• Engage decision makers to schedule capability or discovery calls with Business Development or Subject Matter Experts.
• Follow up on inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and provide timely information.
• Collaborate with Marketing on email outreach campaigns and complete client questionnaires.
• Maintain accurate sales activity data in Salesforce.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field; life‑science background a plus.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Reliable, highly motivated, organized, results‑oriented and customer‑focused.
• Sales experience preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Salesforce (CRM) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Zymewire and Citeline Data tools.
