Engineering Project Management Analyst – Early Career

About the role

Accenture Industry X is looking for recent graduates to join as Engineering Project Management Analysts. In this early‑career position you will work on cutting‑edge engineering and manufacturing projects, applying digital technologies to help clients improve efficiency, sustainability and product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise engineering systems and processes for client projects.
• Implement digital solutions such as IoT sensors, automation equipment and robotics.
• Develop and manage digital twin models to simulate operations and support decision‑making.
• Provide strategic guidance on sustainability and operational excellence.
• Support product development, testing and compliance with industry standards.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (or final‑year student) with a strong interest in engineering, manufacturing and technology.
• Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for solving complex problems.
• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Robotics, Mechatronics, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science or related fields.
