Employer Brand Lead

About the role

We are seeking an Employer Brand Lead to shape and execute a global employer branding strategy. Based in France, you will work at the intersection of HR, Marketing, and Communications to build a compelling employer value proposition that attracts, engages, and retains talent across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a global employer branding content calendar, ensuring consistency with the EVP and communication guidelines.
• Monitor and respond to candidate and employee reviews on job boards and employer review platforms.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Legal, and HR Operations to guarantee accurate, compliant, and consistent brand messaging.
• Support the Head of Employer Brand in adapting global strategy for regional execution and localized tone of voice.
• Coordinate updates to EVP messaging across internal and external channels.
• Drive employee advocacy initiatives worldwide to amplify the brand.
• Prepare, manage, and submit applications for employer branding and corporate reputation awards.
• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify positioning opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing employer branding or corporate presence on global platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.).
• Proven ability to develop global content strategies and manage multi‑channel calendars.
• Track record of preparing successful employer branding award submissions.
• Analytical mindset with experience conducting competitor audits and tracking performance metrics.
• Experience shaping and localizing EVP messaging for diverse international audiences.
• Solid understanding of HR frameworks, employer reputation management, and global communication standards.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency, both written and verbal.
