EMEA Field Trainer Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

The EMEA Field Trainer Manager will lead the development of retail teams across the region, delivering high‑impact training that drives retail excellence and memorable client experiences. Reporting to the International Retail Director, you will travel extensively to work directly with stores.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a regional training strategy aligned with business needs.
• Deliver onboarding, client‑experience, selling techniques, styling and product‑focus programs using classroom, webinar and in‑store formats.
• Adapt and convey learning content provided by the central Training team, ensuring weekly follow‑up and execution.
• Animate retail communities, coach store teams in partnership with store management, and support KPI improvement (UPT, conversion rate, ATV, cross‑selling).
• Manage digital learning assets and quizzes for the EMEA region.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar training or development role.
• Mandatory experience in luxury retail and ready‑to‑wear, preferably at a managerial level.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
• Strong communication, results‑orientation and teamwork mindset.
