Embedded Program Manager – Security Systems (France)

About the role

Securitas is recruiting an Embedded Program Manager for a global client, based in Paris with a hybrid setup and regular travel. The role strengthens delivery across a growing international security programme by acting as an embedded, client-facing specialist who coordinates, monitors and communicates on security system deployments. It focuses on client relationship ownership and project coordination rather than deep engineering or commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for the client's global security programme and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
• Keep clients informed on project progress, risks and escalations, and coordinate with client headquarters in Geneva and regional teams
• Oversee security system installations across several countries, working with in-country Project Managers to keep delivery consistent
• Track timelines, milestones and completion status, identify risks early and drive alignment across regions
• Maintain visibility of active projects and deployment pipelines, drive accountability to deadlines and quality standards, and support issue resolution
• Keep a working understanding of physical security systems (CCTV, access control, etc.) and support troubleshooting with technical specialists
• Travel to client HQ and project sites, attend stakeholder meetings and act as the on-the-ground client representative where needed

Required profile

• Project or programme management experience in security, construction or technology environments
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and client relationships, and to coordinate multi-site or international projects
• Fluent or native-level French (essential) and strong English
• Based in or able to work in Paris, willing to travel internationally

Required skills

• Understanding of physical security systems such as CCTV and access control
• Ability to turn technical issues into practical actions
• Strong problem-solving, communication and organisational skills, attention to detail and adaptability in fast-moving environments
