Electrical Design and Integration Transformation Leader

About the role

Join Airbus Helicopters to lead the transformation of electrical design and integration across the E‑Systems portfolio. You will own the roadmap, coordinate projects, and ensure alignment with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the strategy for the E‑Systems transformation portfolio.
• Secure project funding, monitor financial performance, and ensure compliance with business cases.
• Lead the full lifecycle of projects – set‑up, ramp‑up, execution, and closure – while managing schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
• Arbitrate deviations, renegotiate objectives with sponsors, and harmonise requirements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across procurement, engineering, manufacturing, and customer services on a trans‑national level.
• Maintain continuous communication with internal and external customers to guarantee satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale transformation programmes in electrical systems.
• Strong portfolio and financial management skills.
• Ability to influence budget owners and senior sponsors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional alignment capabilities.
