EHS Campus Lead – Construction Projects

About the role

The EHS Campus Lead will oversee environmental, health and safety performance across a large, multi‑site construction campus in Paris. Reporting to the Business Unit‑EHS Lead, you will work full‑time on‑site, coordinating a multidisciplinary EHS team and ensuring compliance with statutory and corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage EHS aspects of simultaneous construction zones, live commissioning areas, security infrastructure and campus traffic systems.
• Monitor and audit third‑party contractors to meet local statutory requirements.
• Lead the development and implementation of environmental protection and occupational health & safety standards.
• Collaborate with Business Unit Managers, Project Managers, Document Controllers, Procurement and Commercial teams.
• Support and drive EHS campaigns, programs and initiatives across the business unit.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading EHS functions in large‑scale construction or engineering projects.
• Ability to influence senior project and campus leadership on safety and environmental matters.
• Strong communication and liaison skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Full‑time onsite presence and willingness to work across multiple campus locations.
