Early Career Sourcer

About the role

The Early Career Sourcer will lead the attraction, recruitment and candidate experience for students, interns, apprentices and recent graduates in France. Working closely with the HR team, you will help implement Reckitt’s Early Careers strategy and strengthen the employer brand on campuses.

Key responsibilities

• Support the deployment of the Early Careers strategy in France, including market research and partnership development.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for internships, apprenticeships and graduate positions, ensuring a smooth, inclusive candidate journey.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, career fairs and other talent sources, representing Reckitt and promoting its employer brand.
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing experience for early‑career hires, potentially leading a community of interns and graduates.
• Track performance indicators, produce reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Management or a related field.
• Proven recruitment experience, preferably with early‑career or campus talent.
• Strong knowledge of the French employment market, especially internships and apprenticeships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Candidate‑centric mindset with the ability to handle high volumes.
