Division Manager – Food & Pharma

About the role

We are now looking for a Division Manager, Food & Pharma, to join the management team of the Sales Company France and Northwest Africa. The role reports to the Managing Director of the Sales Company and will have full accountability for the division’s profitable growth, business performance and strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Division strategy in alignment with company and global objectives.
• Develop the division's business plan, marketing plan, and growth roadmap.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across existing and emerging markets.
• Own sales forecasts, budgets, resource allocation and overall business performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of managers, fostering a high-performance and customer‑centric culture.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners and key stakeholders.
• Drive organizational effectiveness, sales excellence and change initiatives.

• An experienced manager of managers with proven success leading large commercial organizations.
• A leader who enjoys developing people and the organization and inspiring teams to achieve ambitious goals.
• A strategic thinker capable of translating market insights into actionable business plans.
• A skilled influencer who can align stakeholders.
• Experience working in B2B industrial, process or capital‑equipment businesses.
• Comfortable operating in complex, international and fast‑evolving environments.
• Fluency in English and French (mandatory).
