Distributor Ethics & Compliance Coordinator – France

About the role

This position is part of Herbalife France’s Member Business Practices & Compliance (MPC) team. You will help ensure that the company and its independent distributors operate ethically, comply with regulations, and maintain a transparent business environment across the French market.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support ethics and compliance activities within France.
• Serve as the primary contact for local compliance matters and authority‑related topics.
• Deliver and organize training sessions for distributors on conduct rules and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance cases and training activities.
• Assist the manager and collaborate with MPC Advisors and EMEA teams.
• Support investigations, resolve policy violations, and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a service‑oriented or structured environment with policies and compliance processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset with the ability to summarize key information.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across cultures and organizational levels.
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
• College‑level education or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office.
