Director TikTok Shop

About the role

Laboratoires üma is looking for a Director TikTok Shop to create and own its TikTok commerce channel from scratch. You will be responsible for building the affiliate creator program, live‑shopping cadence, shop operations and the overall economics of the channel. This senior position reports directly to the CEO and will shape the playbook for a fast‑growing, mission‑driven brand.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch an affiliate creator network that generates weekly sales.
• Establish a regular live‑shopping schedule that engages the target audience.
• Set up and manage TikTok Shop storefront, ensuring flawless order fulfillment and customer experience.
• Develop and monitor channel economics to achieve profitable growth, not just volume.
• Collaborate with the Creator & Influence Lead, marketing, and operations teams to align strategy.
• Document processes and create a scalable playbook for future expansion.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and scaling TikTok Shop or similar social‑commerce channels.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, live commerce, and e‑commerce operations.
• Data‑driven decision maker comfortable with KPIs and financial modelling.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote or hybrid environment and influence senior stakeholders.
