Director, QSE Supplier Management

About the role

The Director, QSE Supplier Management leads the definition and execution of Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE) programs for ingredients and primary packaging suppliers across Europe. Reporting to the Senior Director QSE Operations, the role ensures compliance with European food safety, quality, environmental, occupational health & safety, and social responsibility regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and steward the technical Quality and Food Safety (QFS) strategy in line with global and regional agendas.
• Influence supplier investment decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead supplier authorization processes, ensuring technical and operational QSE compliance.
• Communicate supplier guiding principles and secure documented commitments.
• Develop and prioritize sustainability initiatives, focusing on water, carbon, climate, and packaging.
• Establish disciplined execution of QSE programs across European markets.
• Collaborate with bottling partners, CEPG, and cross‑functional teams to verify system capabilities meet standards.
• Orchestrate knowledge‑sharing routines within the OU QSE network.
• Build and scale capabilities for new product categories and innovative packaging formats.
• Manage basic compliance for Food Safety, Human Rights, Environment, and Safety (EHS).

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in QSE, food safety, or related regulatory fields.
• Deep understanding of European food safety, quality, environmental, and occupational health regulations.
• Track record of driving supplier‑focused sustainability and continuous‑improvement programs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across cross‑functional and external partner teams.
