Director, Enterprise Solutions – Expansion Sales

About the role

Radancy is seeking a Director of Enterprise Solutions – Expansion Sales to lead revenue growth within its existing customer base. You will own the full expansion motion, from identifying untapped opportunities to closing cross‑sell and upsell deals, while partnering closely with Customer Success and other cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own expansion revenue targets by developing long‑term account strategies aligned with customer priorities.
• Identify whitespace opportunities through structured account planning and analysis of untapped products, use cases, regions, or stakeholder groups.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline that supports revenue goals and drives proactive opportunity creation.
• Execute the full sales cycle for cross‑sell and upsell deals, including stakeholder mapping, solution positioning, negotiation, and closure.
• Manage complex buying processes across multiple stakeholders and ensure disciplined pipeline progression.
• Develop deep relationships with key account stakeholders and expand coverage beyond current contacts.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to align on account health, renewal timing, and expansion readiness.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading enterprise‑level expansion or account‑based sales initiatives.
• Strong track record of generating pipeline and closing revenue‑driving deals.
• Ability to translate customer insights into structured expansion roadmaps.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
