About the role
The French subsidiary of Hellowork is looking for a senior leader to head its operations in France. As the Director of the French branch, you will be responsible for driving economic performance, leading teams and executing the group’s strategic vision on the French market. You will work closely with the executive team to align local initiatives with global goals.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the profitability and growth of the French subsidiary.
- Lead, motivate and develop the local workforce.
- Translate the group’s overall strategy into actionable plans for the French market.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the subsidiary and the corporate headquarters.
- Represent the company with key partners, clients and public authorities.
Required profile
- Proven experience in senior management or general management roles.
- Strong understanding of the French business environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to drive results while maintaining alignment with corporate objectives.
- Track record of delivering measurable financial results.
