Digital Urbanist Architect – Digital Directorate

About the role

ATR is seeking a Digital Urbanist Architect to join its Digital Directorate (XD) in Toulouse. The role will shape the technical roadmap, manage budgets and drive the urbanisation of the information system across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Define and monitor budget and order tracking for digital projects.
• Develop and maintain the technical roadmap for the IS urbanisation.
• Lead the mapping and tooling strategy to urbanise the information system.
• Participate in the management of IS and network outsourcing contracts.

Required profile

• University degree in IT or related field.
• More than 10 years of professional experience in IT architecture.
• Strong collaborative and leadership attitude.
• Fluent in English and French; Italian is a plus.

Required skills

• IT infrastructure management (on‑premise and Azure cloud).
• Application architecture design.
• Development with .NET and Angular.
• Virtualisation technologies.
• Middleware and API management platforms.
