Digital Product Manager – B2B e‑commerce – Wholesale

About the role

As a Digital Product Manager in the Wholesale United team, you will shape the web experience for professional purchasing on a brand‑new B2B platform serving clubs and entities. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define vision, drive discovery, and deliver scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the Clubs & Entities web strategy, co‑building product vision and road‑maps for pilots and global roll‑outs.
• Lead product discovery with UX/UI designers, conduct user research, and validate hypotheses through experiments.
• Prioritise the product backlog, integrate key B2B features and coordinate cross‑functional teams (Commerce Platform, Web, Instore) to ensure technical convergence.
• Define and track success metrics (OKRs/KPIs such as GMV, professional NPS, engagement) to analyse friction and continuously improve the journey.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in B2B or complex e‑commerce environments.
• Strong analytical skills to base strategic choices on data and market research.
• Collaborative mindset capable of bridging technical teams and international business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, backlog management, rituals, experimentation, and OKRs.
