Digital Operations Leader – X-Sites

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a X‑Sites Digital Operations Leader to join its Digital in Operations team in Toulouse, France. You will support the digital transformation of Airbus Commercial sites, ensuring that digital capabilities are deployed effectively and that the voice of each site is heard.

Key responsibilities

• Act as New Lines Project Manager, animating digital gates and guaranteeing delivery of digital road‑maps, prerequisites and landscape.
• Plan, monitor and challenge the financial performance of New Lines digitalisation projects.
• Mitigate risks through drumbeat monitoring and drive timely resolution of actions.
• Serve as the central focal point for the digital tool landscape, advising sites on tool rationalisation and alignment with the central strategy.
• Support on‑site assessments within the Airbus Operating System to identify digital improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with IT, cybersecurity, and site digital leaders to drive a unified community toward New Lines entry into service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing digital transformation projects in an industrial or aerospace environment.
• Strong stakeholder‑engagement and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to analyse financial performance and mitigate project risks.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
