Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Hirsch Group is expanding its Global Marketing team and seeks a Digital Marketing Executive to execute its digital campaigns. Reporting to the VP of Marketing Operations & CoE, you will turn defined strategies into flawless, data‑driven programs across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build, test, and launch campaigns, workflows, and email communications in HubSpot, managing audience segmentation and contact lists.
• Create, test, and schedule responsive email campaigns that render correctly across clients.
• Design and publish conversion‑focused landing pages and forms with proper tracking and automated follow‑up.
• Maintain website content, publish new pages, ensure brand consistency, performance, and support SEO best practices.
• Set up and monitor lead‑nurturing and lifecycle automation workflows.
• Implement accurate campaign tracking (UTMs, conversion events) and produce regular performance reports.
• Ensure all digital activities comply with data‑protection, cookie‑consent, and email deliverability standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on digital marketing execution experience, preferably in a B2B, technical or regulated environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• HubSpot Marketing Hub (campaigns, workflows, emails, landing pages, lists, reporting).
• Website content management, ideally with Sanity CMS.
• Basic HTML and CSS for email and web page customization.
