Digital Apprentice

About the role

Join the Global Burberry Beauty Digital team as a Digital Apprentice. You will support the creation and rollout of digital campaigns for luxury beauty products, working closely with agencies, internal teams and market stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Global Digital team in building campaign toolkits, guidelines and final assets for local implementation.
• Collaborate with digital agencies and the Fashion House on creative work for product launches and key commercial periods.
• Develop global digital media assets such as banners, pre‑roll videos, and e‑retailer content (banners, email templates, landing pages).
• Create social‑media content including posts, videos, images and GIFs.
• Coordinate asset validation with licensors and internal teams, and manage asset uploads.
• Conduct competitor analysis and social‑listening reporting.

Required profile

• Master’s degree student in Digital Marketing, Business or related field (preferably nearing graduation).
• Strong interest in digital marketing, social media and media‑campaign planning.
• Excellent project‑management and organisational skills; detail‑oriented and curious.
• Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment.
• Passion for the luxury/beauty sector.
