Desktop Support Technician – Paris (French/English)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Desktop Support Technician to join our Paris office and become the primary point of contact for end‑user IT services. You will work closely with a seasoned UK‑based desktop support team while delivering day‑to‑day assistance to a French‑speaking workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site IT support to all employees across the Paris location.
• Manage hardware provisioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Lenovo Windows devices.
• Set up new hire workstations, configure access rights, and deliver induction support.
• Administer Office 365 and core business applications, handling user queries and issues.
• Perform DNS and DHCP configuration and support tasks.
• Assist with cloud‑application questions and general infrastructure queries.
• Support office move logistics and coordinate IT relocation activities.
• Report to and collaborate with the UK desktop support management team.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in desktop support or IT engineering.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site (5 days a week) in the Paris/Asnières‑sur‑Seine area.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Lenovo hardware.
• Hands‑on administration of Office 365.
• Understanding of DNS and DHCP concepts.
