Delivery Specialist – Science Projects (Remote)

About the role

The International Methane Emissions Observatory (IMEO) seeks a Delivery Specialist to support its science teams in producing high-quality methane data products. Working remotely, you will coordinate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of scientific outputs that inform climate-action stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an overview of tasks and responsibilities across multiple science projects.
• Identify and report bottlenecks, proposing corrective actions.
• Facilitate coordination between scientists, analysts, and external partners such as national authorities and NGOs.
• Ensure methane insights move efficiently from concept to analysis to final deliverables.
• Report progress to the Science Studies Programme Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, STEM or a related field.
• Experience in delivery management, project coordination or similar roles.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage parallel workstreams.
