Delivery Customer Care Coordinator

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Delivery Customer Care Coordinator to join its Delivery Customer Care team in Marignane, France. You will design and orchestrate the end‑to‑end delivery experience for customers receiving brand‑new helicopters, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the company’s high standards of safety, quality and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research on upcoming customers, create detailed profile “ID cards”, and brief internal stakeholders (KYC).
• Manage customer profiling, customization, and execution of personalized touches, including ordering gifts and preparing hospitality kits.
• Collect, analyse and act on customer feedback to continuously improve the delivery journey.
• Coordinate operational touchpoints such as gifts, branding, promotional shop items, and visual displays at the Delivery Center.
• Organise hospitality logistics – catering, cleaning, welcome hostesses, room bookings and site‑area preparation – in close collaboration with facility management and cross‑functional teams.
• Support modern communication initiatives and community animation related to delivery events.

Required profile

• Ability to conduct customer research and produce detailed customer profiles.
• Experience coordinating events, hospitality services and cross‑functional logistics.
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on delivering a seamless, high‑quality customer experience.
• Capability to collect, analyse and leverage customer feedback for continuous improvement.
