Deal Flow Compliance Specialist - KYC

About the role

Ayvens is looking for an experienced Deal Flow Compliance Specialist (KYC) to join its Group Compliance framework. The role ensures compliance with Société Générale Group requirements and applicable national and international regulations, acting as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex, high-risk KYC cases.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate complex, high-risk KYC files escalated by Ayvens entities, assessing AML/CFT, anti-corruption, sanctions, ESG and reputational risks.
• Advise local Compliance teams on due diligence, sanctions and PEP investigations and complex corporate ownership structures.
• Serve as escalation point to Société Générale Group on complex compliance matters and support decision-making.
• Align local KYC practices with Group standards, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Produce management reports, dashboards and insights for governance committees and senior stakeholders.
• Identify emerging compliance risks and recommend controls, and contribute to training, awareness and process improvement.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a Master's degree in Law, Finance, Audit or Risk Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in KYC, AML, Compliance, Financial Crime Prevention or Internal Audit.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, fraud, anti-corruption regulations and international sanctions frameworks.
• Ability to analyse sanctions and PEP screening results and adverse media, and to distinguish genuine risks from false positives.
• Fluent English is required.

Required skills

• Excellent analytical, synthesis and decision-making skills, able to communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office; VBA knowledge is an advantage.
