Data Scientist – Hybrid

About the role

As a member of the Data & Innovation team at Christian Louboutin, you will combine deep data‑science expertise with project‑management leadership to deliver data‑driven solutions that support critical business priorities across retail, supply chain, planning and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and improve predictive models, analytical tools, dashboards and automation scripts that enable decision‑making and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and optimise existing data‑science solutions, ensuring they are robust, explainable, maintainable and aligned with business needs.
• Analyse complex datasets to extract actionable insights and build machine‑learning models for forecasting, optimisation, segmentation and anomaly detection.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data‑science projects, from proof‑of‑concept through to production deployment and adoption.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, Business Intelligence teams and external partners to industrialise solutions and contribute to data‑platform and AI‑readiness initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical depth and experience delivering end‑to‑end data‑science projects.
• Leadership and coordination skills to manage cross‑functional initiatives.
• Ability to work closely with business users, technical teams and external partners.
