Data Architect for HR Digital Solutions (m/f)

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Data Architect to join its HR Digital Solutions team in Toulouse. You will play a pivotal role in the data‑driven transformation of HR, designing and delivering secure, scalable data infrastructures for more than 130,000 employees worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative, robust, and secure data architectures that support global HR processes.
• Define and enforce data governance, security, and quality standards to ensure reliable HR information.
• Experiment with and integrate cutting‑edge technologies such as Generative AI and Machine Learning to modernise HR workflows.
• Promote a data‑driven culture by supporting employees and influencing organisational working methods.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in data architecture and large‑scale data platforms.
• Experience with HR systems and data sources (e.g., Workday, Cornerstone, SAP).
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, and quality frameworks.
• Ability to work in an international, multidisciplinary team.
