Data Analyst – Export Control & National Security

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a Data Analyst to support Export Control and National Security activities within its Marignane engineering hub. You will work closely with the Export Control & National Security Flow Management team to ensure data governance, quality, and compliance across critical licensing tools.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain license management tools such as RECR, and any additional tools as needed.
• Conduct business requirement analysis and translate needs into technical specifications.
• Manage access to sensitive data repositories and containers.
• Utilise JIRA, Google Workspace, AppSheet, Apps Script, Python and PowerShell for automation and workflow optimisation.
• Perform big‑data analysis to support export‑control decisions.
• Maintain data quality within reference tools for export‑control subjects.
• Act as the liaison between business functions and IT/Digital teams for tool development.

Required profile

• Experience with Active Directory, ACLs and digital automation scripts.
• Preferably background in Export Control or National Security.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven capacity to deliver practical solutions under pressure.
• Team‑oriented, solution‑focused mindset with ownership attitude.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
