Data & AI Technology Sales Director (Snowflake or Databricks)

About the role

Accenture is looking for a senior sales leader to drive growth of Data & AI solutions, focusing on Snowflake and Databricks technologies. The role will target the chemicals, natural resources, energy, and utilities sectors, helping clients modernize their businesses through advanced cloud‑based analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and originate new sales opportunities beyond renewals, often across multiple service groups.
• Lead early‑stage client engagements, develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies, and qualify high‑value deals.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior buyers and decision‑makers at target accounts.
• Collaborate with Accenture sales teams and ecosystem partners (AWS, Microsoft, SAP, etc.) to close mega‑deals.
• Present tailored solutions that address complex technology business challenges.

Required profile

• Proven track record of year‑on‑year revenue growth in a technology or consulting sales environment.
• Deep understanding of the full sales cycle, from qualification to closing.
• Experience selling cloud‑based data and AI platforms, preferably Snowflake or Databricks.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative, cross‑functional setting and influence senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel extensively (25‑100% of the time) based on business needs.
