Cybersecurity Manager – Information Systems

About the role

We are seeking an Information Systems Cybersecurity Manager to lead the development and implementation of security frameworks for a global cosmetics and beauty group. Based in Paris, the role will support worldwide operations across Europe, the US, Canada and China, ensuring the organisation meets evolving cyber‑threat challenges and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain security frameworks such as PSSI, ISO 27001, PCA/PRA and Azure audit processes.
• Define and enforce AI governance policies, addressing Shadow IT and Shadow AI through rationalisation strategies.
• Establish core governance structures, documentation, RACI matrices and crisis communication plans.
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure compliance and effective security controls.
• Monitor regulatory changes and drive continuous improvement of the cybersecurity posture.

Required profile

• Minimum 4–5 years of corporate experience in cybersecurity (excluding internships or apprenticeships).
• Strong understanding of system, network, security and AI fundamentals.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, globally distributed environment and to influence senior stakeholders.
