Customer Success Manager – Digital Services

About the role

Skywise, the digital services arm of Airbus, is looking for a Customer Success Manager to act as the trusted advisor for airline customers. You will guide customers from contract signing through solution deployment, ensuring adoption and satisfaction of Skywise’s end‑to‑end operational platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of Skywise solutions, defining plans, managing budgets and coordinating internal and Airbus stakeholders.
• Align with customers on solution value, set expectations, and drive acceptance and usage of digital services.
• Conduct workshops and change‑management sessions to support customer adoption.
• Maintain the customer relationship as the primary point of contact, identifying upsell and innovation opportunities.
• Manage contract obligations, monitor performance, and act as the voice of the customer within Skywise.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of airline and flight operations, aircraft systems and related processes.
• Experience in program and project management, preferably in a digital or technology environment.
• Familiarity with Agile software development and system integration concepts.
• Ability to communicate technical value and drive customer satisfaction.
