Customer Success Manager – AI Trainer (Freelance, Remote, 8‑20 hrs/week)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to help train and refine AI models that support customer management processes. This freelance position is fully remote and requires 8‑20 hours per week, allowing you to work alongside your current commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI‑generated content related to customer success, client engagement, and support workflows.
• Assess AI responses for accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real‑world requirements.
• Draft realistic customer scenarios based on your professional experience.
• Create scenario variations from multiple perspectives (e.g., manager, client, support team).
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI‑generated outputs and provide structured feedback.

Required profile

• Senior‑level Customer Success Manager with substantial experience in the EU or UK.
• Proven ability to develop and execute customer success strategies.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating client engagement processes.
• Comfortable working independently and delivering clear, critical feedback.
• Available 8‑20 hours per week with prompt response times.
