Customer Service Engineer

About the role
KLA is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to join its Services team in Grenoble, France. The role involves maintaining and optimizing semiconductor process equipment, as well as supporting installations and upgrades for customers across Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain equipment performance and carry out preventive maintenance.
- Assist with installation, upgrade, and commissioning of new process tools.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues quickly using strong troubleshooting techniques.
- Document all service activities according to established procedures.
- Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with a global network of technical experts and adapt to multicultural environments.
Required profile
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing project demands.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and flexibility.
- Excellent communication skills for direct customer interaction.
- Willingness to travel within Europe as required.
