Customer Account Manager – Roofing & Waterproofing

About the role

The Customer Account Manager for Roofing & Waterproofing will act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers and subcontractors within the ATTILA network. The role combines sales, client relationship management and project coordination to support the growth and performance of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Represent ATTILA’s brand and image to existing and prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of customers in the assigned geographic area.
• Conduct active prospecting, identify leads and convert them into new contracts.
• Prepare, negotiate and follow up on quotations, orders and client feedback.
• Plan human resources and material requirements for each project.
• Estimate budgets, calculate overall service costs and manage additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with suppliers to optimise ordering and delivery.
• Report regularly to the agency manager on sales activity, project status and results.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Ability to organise multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience in managing client accounts within the construction or roofing sector is a plus.
