Creator & Influence Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Creator & Influence Lead to shape and grow the ecosystem of voices that represent üma. You will identify, engage and nurture content creators, ambassadors and health professionals who can authentically speak about menopause and mid‑life health.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a roster of creators who produce regular, brand‑aligned content.
• Launch and manage an ambassador program that turns engaged customers into brand advocates.
• Develop a user‑generated content (UGC) pipeline that continuously feeds the creative team.
• Measure the impact of influencer recommendations on brand awareness and sales growth.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist to align creator output with marketing briefs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, creator relations or community building.
• Strong network of creators, ambassadors or health professionals in the European market.
• Ability to translate relationships into measurable growth metrics.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills.
