Creative Producer (Freelance)

About the role

Fred & Farid Paris is building a trusted network of freelance production talent to support campaigns and creative content for a variety of clients. As a Creative Producer you will work closely with internal creative teams to bring concepts to life, from initial brief through final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and support the creative ambition of each project in collaboration with the creative team.
• Define and monitor production timelines, from brief to post‑production.
• Track production budgets and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Source and coordinate external talent such as directors, photographers, and vendors.
• Manage operational, logistical and administrative aspects of productions.
• Identify potential risks and contribute to solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Guarantee that deadlines, deliverables and quality standards are met.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a creative agency, production company or communications environment.
• Strong understanding of audiovisual, digital and social production processes.
• Creative sensitivity, solid visual culture and genuine interest in brands and content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor, organization and autonomy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset and adaptability.
• Professional working English is a plus.
