Country Manager France

About the role

Tobii Dynavox is seeking a Country Manager for France to lead and expand its commercial presence in one of its most strategic markets. The role combines business development, market strategy, and operational leadership to drive revenue growth and improve access to assistive communication solutions for people with disabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the French market strategy, building relationships with funders, institutions, clinicians and policy makers.
• Lead a high‑performing sales team, set targets, monitor pipeline and ensure disciplined execution.
• Navigate reimbursement, regulatory and funding landscapes to unlock growth and improve product accessibility.
• Scale operations by refining team structure, expanding market coverage and leveraging data‑driven decision making.
• Act as the liaison between the French market and global functions, representing the company externally and fostering cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in complex solution sales and business development, preferably in regulated, funding‑driven sectors such as healthcare or education.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of building and developing high‑performing teams.
• Strong commercial mindset, comfortable with long sales cycles and multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Based in the Paris region or able to travel regularly to Paris.
