Country Manager – Aviation Services

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead our business aviation ground handling and services operations across France. Reporting to the Global Vice President, you will combine operational oversight, commercial growth, regulatory compliance, and people management to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations at multiple stations throughout France, ensuring safety, performance and service standards.
• Drive operational excellence, customer service quality and regulatory compliance.
• Manage relationships with airport authorities, vendors, and government bodies.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support commercial expansion.
• Oversee budgets, profitability, staffing and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for expansion, partnerships and operational improvements.
• Lead organisational change initiatives and develop high‑performing teams.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in business aviation or airport operations.
• Proven operational leadership in multi‑site environments.
• Commercially minded with strong budget and performance management skills.
• Comfortable engaging with aviation authorities, vendors and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change and drive results.
• Fluent English; knowledge of the French market highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel regularly across France and internationally.
