Corporate Social Media Specialist – Global

About the role

Decathlon is seeking a dynamic Corporate Social Media Specialist to shape and amplify its corporate communication across LinkedIn, Instagram and X. You will work within the Corporate Affairs Team, collaborating with global digital teams and senior management to create engaging content that reflects Decathlon’s sport‑focused values.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cohesive external communication strategy aligned with Decathlon’s global content pillars.
• Manage and grow Decathlon’s corporate presence on LinkedIn, Instagram and X, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
• Lead the global Corporate Social Media Leader Community, organizing monthly alignment meetings to share best practices.
• Coordinate the technical migration of multiple LinkedIn accounts to a unified global corporate profile.
• Design and deliver training programs for social media leaders worldwide.
• Create a weekly internal newsletter highlighting key LinkedIn content and global priorities.
• Track performance metrics and optimise content based on data‑driven insights.

• Strong collaboration skills with global teams and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent storytelling ability and attention to brand consistency.
