Corporate Finance Analyst

About the role

The company, a French group undergoing strong transformation, is looking for a Corporate Finance Analyst to join its Finance team in Montpellier. The analyst will support strategic decision‑making by building and maintaining financial models and providing analytical insight for both corporate and project finance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain and enhance long‑term business plans, forecasts and valuation models.
• Develop project‑finance models to evaluate investment decisions (go/no‑go).
• Perform transaction‑related modelling, including partial asset disposals and structuring.
• Conduct IRR, NPV, DCF and MOIC analyses and bridge assumptions for senior management.
• Run scenario and sensitivity analyses to support top‑management decisions.
• Collaborate with operational teams to validate financial data and prepare high‑quality materials for shareholders and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Transaction Services, Financial Advisory or Corporate Finance.
• Proven ability to build financial models from scratch.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with solid business acumen.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑evolving, high‑autonomy environment.
• Good level of English for daily interaction with a London‑based fund.
