Corporate Cybersecurity & Compliance Specialist

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Corporate Cybersecurity & Compliance Specialist to join its Corporate Digital Security team in Marignane, France. The role protects the company's assets against cyber threats and ensures compliance with national and international regulatory standards, within the Corporate Security department whose aim is to safeguard employees, assets and reputation against physical, digital or strategic threats.

Key responsibilities

• Lead compliance projects for national and international cybersecurity regulations (e.g. NIS 2, CRA) and support the Standardization Compliance Manager
• Ensure digital signature governance to strengthen aircraft protection, supporting the Products & Services Security Manager
• Contribute to GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) activities and optimise cybersecurity processes
• Run advisory, awareness and regulatory assistance initiatives for internal teams
• Work closely with Airbus Helicopters IT security managers worldwide and take part in Airbus Group working groups

Required profile

• Solid experience complying with national and international cybersecurity regulations
• French (native or fluent) and professional fluent English
• Rigor, integrity and strict adherence to regulatory procedures with absolute confidentiality
• Ability to explain security challenges to technical teams and decision-makers, and to turn complex issues into clear summaries
• Steadiness in incidents or crises and ability to work in cross-functional, transnational teams
• Secret-level defence security clearance required; occasional national and international travel

Required skills

• NIS 2, CRA and PART-IS regulations
• Project management
• EBIOS RM risk analysis methodology
• Electronic signatures, data protection and data integrity and authenticity controls
• Knowledge of ARINC 835, 827 and 665 is a plus
• Secure network architectures, partitioning, cryptography, Linux/RTOS/Windows, SOC, SIEM, firewalls and bastions
