About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance and needs an Automation Operations professional to embed regulatory work into product development. As the first member of the Corporate Enablement function, you will turn manual, expert‑heavy compliance processes into automated, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement tooling that routes regulatory requests to the appropriate owners and automates recurring tasks.
• Re‑engineer end‑to‑end processes for legal, privacy, compliance, risk and security teams to make them faster and largely self‑service.
• Monitor launched automations, gather user feedback and continuously improve them.
• Anticipate future bottlenecks in regulatory work and proactively build solutions.
• Collaborate closely with corporate teams and product engineers to ensure seamless integration.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for improving regulated workflows.
• Experience working with legal, privacy, risk or security stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex, expert‑driven processes into clear, automated solutions.
• Self‑starter attitude with willingness to receive mentorship and grow across topics and markets.
