Controller for IM Run (m/f)

About the role

Join Airbus Helicopters in Marignane as an IM Run Controller, supporting the Digital & Transformation Controlling Department. You will link business partners, project leaders, and the financial community to drive efficiency and competitiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial planning (OP, budget, forecast) for IM Run scope across France, Germany and Spain, determine hourly rates and secure charge‑backs.
• Coordinate month‑end and year‑end closing, consolidate accruals, pre‑payments and cost rebooking, and produce digital spend reports.
• Follow up on CORE project business cases, manage intercompany flows and central IM service invoicing.
• Analyse actuals per IM domain, evaluate variances and approve budget‑compliant shopping carts.
• Provide business partnering support to the Digital operational team and represent IM Run financial commitments at Quality Gates.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Solid finance and controlling experience, including cost‑center, profit‑center and P&L management.
• Strong analytical mindset with risk anticipation and proactive approach.
• Fluent French and English at negotiation level; additional languages a plus.

• Advanced Excel.
• Google Workspace (GSuite).
• SAP FI/CO.
• Business Intelligence (BI) applications.
