Content Specialist – Turkey Market (Paris based)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, growth‑obsessed Content Specialist who lives and breathes TikTok. Based in our Paris office, you will bring Turkish internet culture to the heart of Bump, creating and scaling content that propels the app to the #1 spot on the App Store in Turkey.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow Bump’s presence in the Turkish market.
• Lead all content and creator initiatives for Turkey, producing high‑performing TikToks, Reels and UGC‑style ads.
• Build and manage a pipeline of Turkish creators, running influencer campaigns with top creators and micro‑influencers.
• Collaborate closely with paid‑marketing teams to turn great content into measurable performance.
• Identify and act on trends before they hit the For You Page, writing briefs and providing feedback to external creators.
• Work daily with growth, distribution and product teams in Paris, contributing to brainstorming sessions and rapid testing.
• Support product launches, events and Turkey‑focused activations.

Required profile

• Ambitious, driven and wildly creative storyteller.
• Deeply tuned into Turkish memes, humour and online culture.
• Fluent in Turkish, lived in Turkey and proficient in English.
• Comfortable giving creators constructive feedback.
• Excited to work onsite in Paris with a fast‑moving team.
• Scrappy, experimental and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

• 1–5+ years creating short‑form content for brands, agencies or creators.
• Experience producing content for ads, especially UGC.
• Proven ability to manage creators and provide creative feedback.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok/Instagram trends and the Turkish creator landscape.
• Fluent Turkish and English language skills.
