Consultant junior en Opérations financières – Assurance

About the role

PWC is looking for a Junior Financial Operations Consultant to join its Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) team in Neuilly-sur-Seine. You will support insurance clients on complex accounting projects, including standard conversions, transactions, restructurings and fund‑raising activities.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in projects converting accounting frameworks and implementing new standards.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Transaction Services and Consulting teams on large‑scale deals.
• Prepare pro‑forma information, combined financial statements and ad‑hoc reporting for transactions such as divestitures, spin‑offs, carve‑outs, IPOs or debt issuances.
• Address accounting challenges linked to external growth (acquisitions, joint ventures, new business units).
• Support listed clients in securing financial communication, performance indicators and regulatory compliance.
• Advise clients on ESG regulations, notably the CSRD.
