Consultant Formateur QHSE (F/H)

About the role

Leaderia is creating a permanent position for a Consultant Formateur (H/F) in the context of growth and innovation. The role combines two main missions: delivering training on quality, food safety, environment and occupational health and safety, and supporting agri‑food industry clients in applying these standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programmes on Quality, Food Safety, Environment and SST for agri‑food customers.
• Provide on‑site or remote guidance to help clients implement and maintain compliance with regulatory and best‑practice standards.
• Adapt training content to the specific needs of each client and industry segment.
• Collaborate with internal experts to continuously improve training materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Quality, Food Safety, Environment or Occupational Health and Safety within the agri‑food sector.
• Strong communication and teaching abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects.
