About the role

PWC is looking for an experienced consultant to strengthen its operational support team for finance departments. The role bridges financial strategy and day‑to‑day execution, helping clients make informed decisions. You will work on‑site with client finance teams, delivering immediate, high‑impact expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on client‑specific management control challenges.
• Work across all management accounting cycles, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Prepare and facilitate management dialogues with operational teams and senior leadership.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reporting packs and performance‑risk indicators.
• Analyse performance data, conduct simulations and support decision‑making processes.

Required profile

• Curious and passionate personality, aligned with PwC Professional behaviours.
• Several years of hands‑on experience in corporate management control or finance functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both operational staff and senior management.
