Construction Site Manager – Data Centre Fit‑Out

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations on a flagship data‑centre internal fit‑out project. The role involves coordinating multiple subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards, and delivering complex CSA interior packages on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities and subcontractor performance.
• Drive programme delivery, monitor milestones and productivity.
• Coordinate multiple work fronts in a fast‑track construction environment.
• Lead toolbox talks, inductions and site safety initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards and QA/QC requirements.
• Oversee logistics, material handling, labour and site access.
• Identify and resolve site issues before they affect the programme.
• Maintain accurate reporting through digital construction platforms.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Site Manager, Senior Supervisor or Construction Supervisor.
• Background in data‑centre, mission‑critical, industrial or advanced‑technology projects.
• Strong understanding of CSA and internal fit‑out packages.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

• CSA (Construction Services Agreement) knowledge.
• BIM (Building Information Modeling) proficiency.
• Experience with digital construction management tools.
